KW Nissan GTR 35

KW Automotive suspension specialist from Germany together with Japanese importer Hashimoto will present the modified Nissan GT-R that is equipped with KW suspension kit at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show. The suspension system is fitted with coilovers KW Clubsport and Variant3 which are suitable for normal use on the roads and also for the race course. For performance race, it is fitted with Variant 3 coilover.

Both coilovers feature an independently adjustable traction- and compression phase for an ideal running gear regulation according to the road conditions and the requirements of the driver. The stainless steel technology inox line ensures a constant flexibility of all individual parts even during sportive sprints and winter use and therefore guarantees a long durability of the running gear.

The driver could also lift the KW Nissan GT-R up to 45 mm with the installation of KW Hydraulic Lift System HLS4 at both axles via button or radio control even though the GT-R is driven up to 80 km/h.

KW also installed a set of 20 inch OZ three-rims Superleggera with six double spokes measuring at 10.5×20 inches at the front- and 11×20 inches at the rear wrapped with 285/35 ZRF20 100Y Dunlop SP Sport 600 DSST high-performance tires. Other features include Recaro bucket seats and Schroth the six-point racing belts and LSD added gull-wing doors.

The KW Nissan GT-R is still [powered by the standard 3.8-literv6 biturbo VR38 DETT that produces 480 hp at 6,400 rpm and 588 Nm of torque with the top speed of 310 km/h.
