Lamborghini is said to be undertaking a rear-wheel-drive project by the name of Gallardo LP550-2. If these leaked pictures show that car then fans of the bull are in for a real treat. The LP550-2 as the designation suggests, is built on a RWD system instead of Lambo's usual AWD layout.

Power comes from the 5.2-litre normally aspirated V10 engine but has been detuned to make 550hp (405kW) and not 560hp (412kW) like the LP560-4. A 6-speed manual gearbox comes standard. Don't let that minor power cut dissuade you from forming high opinions of the car though; it has shed 30kg (66 lbs) and dispatches the 0 - 100km/h sprint in 3.9 seconds.

Those 30kgs lost are matched with a 10% price cut and a limited run of 250 units worldwide. A total of eight exterior colours will have owners salivating over which one to choose. Included with those is a special white livery.

An AWD Italian bull rushing over 500 stallions from under the bonnet is no child's play at full glory. One with no AWD safety net is something only a few should attempt to play with.

BMW continues to fool around with meaningless teaser shots of its upcoming X1 SUV. Following the release of 140 photos of the X1 in camouflage, a teaser video, four cryptic exterior shots and a blurry photoshoped image of the SUV on the beach, the Bavarian firm has published four more pictures of its small crossover.

The new set of photos provides us with our first (obscure) glimpse of the X1's interior and in particular of the steering-wheel and instrument panel which appears to be hold no surprises.

In case you've been living in Mars or something, the X1 is designed to fit right under the X3 in BMW's SUV range. The first examples of the SUV will arrive in European showrooms this October with the U.S. following sometime in 2011.

BMW M3 coupe dressed in a Racing Dynamics bodykit and finished in a flat black was 'nice'. But that was before we checked out the same car with its factory Jerez Black metallic paintjob (see pics after the jump). Our personal take is that it looked better before but needless to say, when it comes to aesthetics, everyone has their own preferences.

The modded M3 E92 was featured on the M3Post forums by its owner that goes by the alias 'Labelexec'. We don't know many other details on the project car other than it was created by FBLSport in cooperation with RDSport aka, Racing Dynamics.

Lester lacks in under-the-hood performance upgrades, the Italian tuner tries to compensate with a variety of styling parts that include a front spoiler, a rear diffuser, numerous roof spoilers, beefier side skirts, 8C Competizione-like side air vents and a hood scoop.
